I also provide support for stress management, lifestyle changes, and smoking cessation.
I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to each client’s unique needs.
The initial 90-minute consultation allows us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This helps me understand how best to support you. We’ll also discuss how therapy works and address any questions.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and may be adjusted based on your needs and circumstances.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are offered to clients in Connecticut and PSYPACT participating states through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure privacy.
The duration of therapy varies depending on each person’s needs and goals. Some clients see progress in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Together, we can discuss a timeline that feels right for you.

Finding the right therapist is a personal decision. During our first session, you’ll have a chance to see if my approach feels comfortable and aligned with your needs. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
