Therapy for OCD & Related Disorders

Intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or urges like skin picking or hoarding can feel overwhelming and exhausting. While OCD is one of the most common conditions I treat, I also support clients with related concerns such as hoarding disorder and body-focused repetitive behaviors (like skin picking or cheek biting). With the right support and proven approaches like ERP and I-CBT, it is possible to break free from these cycles, quiet obsessive thoughts, and build confidence in daily life.
